How do you usually ship items?

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS. You can choose to send it via UPS Ground, Three Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air Early A.M. Express Mail usually arrives in 1-2 business days. Priority Mail usually arrives within 1 day to a week, depending on how far the package must travel. For safety and insurance purposes, for any order over $150 we strongly recommend choosing a faster method of delivery such as Express Mail or USP 3 day instead of priority mail shipping.

All items valued at over $500 are shipped with insurance to ensure their safe delivery to you. We also ship with signature required on everything besides sterling silver merchandise. If you require special shipping arrangements, such as no signature, please make a note of them in the comments section of the order page.
